Prepare Your Fee
The application fee is $50 per applicant, payable by cash or check. Non-refundable.
Drop Off in Person
Bring your completed application, fee, and a valid photo ID to our leasing office during business hours.
Application fee: $50 per applicant. Cash or check only. Each co-applicant or co-signer must submit a separate application with their own fee. The fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward rent.

When you visit the leasing office, please have the following ready:
✓ Completed rental application (all 4 pages)
✓ $50 application fee (cash or check)
✓ Valid government-issued photo ID
✓ Proof of income (recent pay stubs or employment letter)
